Special Order Items

How long will my item take to arrive?

You may see that when adding your item to the basket you have seen that the item is on special order. What this means is we don't have the item/s in our current inventory to ship same day so we will order the item from our supplier especially for you. 

Where we make the items, such as the brake hoses we will create a works order for our workshop and your product will be manufactured for you.

Typical time scales for special order and made to order items.

• Special Order items are usually available within 2-3 working days
• Made to order brake hoses typically within 2 working days.

These timescales should be taken into account and added to the chosen transit times given for the shipping options during checkout.
