The DBA 4000 series brake discs with the T3 slotting feature 48 slots precision cnc machined to give plenty of brake pad degassing points, secondly they are manufactured from a high carbon cast iron alloy, a material much more resistant to fatigue under high temperature conditions, to help prevent cracking the 4000 series also undergo heat treatment to alleviate manufacturing stresses this also prolongs the life of the brake discs this is known as TSP (Thermal Stability Profiling).
The discs are also painted to prevent unsightly corrosion and also marked in thermographic paint so the user is able to visualise the temperature the brake discs are being subject to, this aids in selecting the correct brake pad materials.
The 4000 series brake discs are suitable for everyday road use, fast road use and track days.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at office@haloperformance.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
