AIRTEC’s intercooler for the ST180 has proved to be a great upgrade on remapped cars, the 70mm thick core has been rolling road tested to bring down the intake temps from 152 degrees to a very low 39 degrees – that’s a 102-degree reduction in intake temperature!

Ideal for those aiming at around the 300bhp mark and fast road or light track use, our Stage 2 kit features a 50mm core that extends up in front of the crash bar and can be fitted to standard boost pipes or the AIRTEC big boost pipe kit.

AIRTEC has now taken the intercooler on the ST180 to a whole new level, with the step core design offering a 85mm thick lower section and a 40mm thick upper section ‘The Double Decker’. The intercooler has been designed for cars running hybrid turbo’s and big turbo conversions.
