Front HALO XG1 Evolution Brake Discs 278mm x 23mm BD1821G

The XG1 design features six sweeping curved grooves precision machined into each braking surface. During braking, the grooves help refresh the brake pad face and clear away brake dust, gases and surface debris. This helps maintain effective contact between the pad and disc, supporting a positive initial bite, consistent pedal feel and predictable braking performance.

Developed as part of the HALO X-Series, the XG1 Evolution offers a more flowing and refined appearance than a traditional straight-slotted disc. The curved pattern creates a strong visual sense of movement, giving the braking system a distinctive performance-inspired appearance behind the alloy wheels.

HALO XG1 Evolution grooved brake discs may produce more audible braking noise than standard smooth-faced OEM brake discs, particularly during light braking. This is a normal characteristic of grooved performance brake discs and does not indicate a product fault.
